How long does it take for weight loss to show?

I was just wondering how long it would take for weight loss to show. I am exercising about twice a day… running for about 25-30 minutes and pilates workout (plant, hundreds, etc.). I am also cutting down on the amount of junk food i eat.. so no more chips or chocolate.

It takes only about a month..and you will start to notice a difference.

Changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

You can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. Drink only water, juice, & milk..3. Walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Is it beneficial to my weight loss if I burn 100 calories before breakfast?

I was planing on riding my exercise bike for 15 minutes before breakfast this morning. Will this be beneficial to my weight loss? 15 minutes is only 100 calories.

Your are boosting your metabolism by exercising, so it is not just burning calories, it is going to help you all day, just be sure to at least drink some juice first, your body needs to know that you are not going to starve it.

What is a good meal replacement weight loss shake for an 18 year old girl?

I’m looking to lose about 35 lbs, I will be paring this with regular exercise. Any other suggestions on weight loss and getting into shape also greatly appreciated!

Try an orange and 37 spoons of sugar, add orange juice and honey.
